Academic Library

1. Sign into your account at AIMS KIEFER LIBRARY CATALOG. 
2. Search by title, author name, or subject. 
3. When you find what you want to borrow, click "Place Hold."
4. Type in any required information. 
5. Hit "Submit Hold". Depending on where the material (book, DVD, etc) is being sent from, it may take a couple days or a couple weeks to arrive. You can check the status under your account.
6. You will get an email in your AIMS email when it arrives at ECA and you can pick it up with the librarian.

1. Log into the AIMS LIBRARY WEBSITE. 
2. Click on the My Account button at the top. 
3. Under Checked Out Titles, find your book / material. 
4. Select Renew Loan. 

*Note: There are NO late fees assessed for late books, but if your book is overdue by more than 90 days, it will be assumed lost and you will be assessed for the entire cost of the book plus a re-stocking fee. This fee is waived if the book is returned in good condition.

You can pay through one of the following ways: 

1. Go to AIMS Greeley Campus and pay in person.

   • Cash, check, and credit cards accepted. 
   • You can pay in the AIMS KEIFER LIBRARY and they can update both your student financial account and your library account. 
   • Or you can pay at the AIMS CASHIER'S OFFICE. You will need to take a copy of your receipt to the Librarian at ECA to update your Library Account. 
2. Call the Aims Greeley Cashier Office at 970-339-6349
   • Credit card payments only. 
   • Receipt will be emailed or sent through U.S. postal mail to you.
   • You will need to take a copy of your receipt to Miss Hoffer at ECA so she can update your Library Account. 
3. Mail personal check, mail order or cashier's check to the AIMS Greeley Cashier Office. 
   • P.O. Box 69, Greeley, CO 80632
   • Receipt will be emailed or sent through U.S. postal mail to you. 
   • You will need to take a copy of your receipt to Miss Hoffer at ECA so she can update your Library Account.
