Family & Community Resources Night
Join us during Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday, March 27, for Family Resources Night at Early College Academy! This event is a great opportunity for students and families to connect with local organizations offering support in areas like college and career readiness, mental health resources, health and wellness services, etc.
ECA sophomore Morrison W.S. has placed as a winner in the international 2024 Desmos Studio Math Art Expo. His Desmos design "The Nebulous Terminus" was chosen along with 20 other students in his age category.
In his entry, Morrison wrote, "For a bit more than a year now, I have been making art in Desmos. I have never been much of an artist, but the medium is just so interesting to me.... [Since last year], I have learned a lot and have adopted a more unique and parametric-based style, which I tried to show in this graph."

The scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate academic potential, are involved in community or service areas, and have overcome a personal barrier in order to continue their education.
Additionally, Mackenzie Franks received the Bond Family Summit Award. Students who receive this award have demonstrated superior academic performance and show special promise as future contributing citizens.
Sidney Cerise, a math educator at Early College Academy in Greeley-Evans School District 6, has won the prestigious Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teacher. She is one of 336 teachers nationwide to receive this honor.
This semester, we're offering a workshop series to help our students improve their career skills. We've partnered with Employment Services of Weld County to bring these valuable sessions to our students. The workshops will be held during lunch, and all ECA students are invited to attend.
